Facebook admits that there has been hacked

Facebook has suffered an assault with pornographic images, from acts of violence, automutilations and of abuse to animals which origin is not known. The images were placed by intruders in the members' wall of the network of random form and messages were received offering links to pornographic sites. Facebook has recognized the problem and affirms that to protect his members of the mail garbage and of the malicious content is in the high of his priorities and that they work always to improve the safety of his architecture and to isolate the material that violates the terms of use of the social network. In the second communiqué, Facebook has assured that she has been a victim of a " coordinated assault " of not wished mail exploiting a vulnerability of the servants. "Our efforts have limited drastically the hurts and we are in the process of identifying the persons in charge".

The users have showed his discomfort across other networks as Twitter and even some of them have assured that after this problem they will close his Facebook's account, assures the blog Naked Security. In Facebook also there are messages of complaint.
